Smith-McDowell House is located at 283
Victoria RD, Asheville, NC 28801. The property
on which James McConnell Smith built the
Smith-McConnell House was obtained by Col
Daniel Smith (James Father) after the
Revolutionary War. The home is Asheville's oldest
brick structure. The home is available for tours
at a modest admission.
